Drone inspections without the scaffolding

Close-up photos and thermal images of roofs, buildings, solar systems and wind turbines, captured safely from the ground in a fraction of the time.

See what's wrong before you pay for access

Scaffolding, cherry pickers and roped access are expensive, and often it turns out there's nothing serious to fix. A drone survey shows you exactly what's up there first, so you only pay for repairs you need.

No scaffoldingWe fly from the ground. Nobody works at height.
Usually same dayMost homes take under an hour on site.
Clear evidenceHigh-resolution photos and video you can share with builders or insurers.
Thermal imagingFind hot spots, heat loss and damp invisible to the eye.

Roof inspections

Find the cause of a leak, check a roof before you buy a house, or keep an eye on an older roof without anyone climbing a ladder. We capture every slope, valley and chimney in sharp detail.

What we check

  • Slipped, cracked or missing tiles and slates
  • Ridge, hip and valley condition
  • Lead flashing and chimney stacks
  • Gutters, downpipes and blockages
  • Moss and vegetation build-up
  • Flat roof membranes and ponding

Building inspections

Condition surveys of façades, cladding and high-level stonework for homeowners, landlords, schools, churches, property managers and businesses. Ideal before planned maintenance, or after a storm.

What we check

  • Cladding panels, fixings and sealant
  • Brickwork, pointing, render and stonework
  • Windows, lintels and high-level joinery
  • Storm damage and insurance evidence
  • Agricultural sheds, barns and industrial units
  • Progress photos for building projects

Thermal inspections

A thermal camera shows temperature differences the eye can't see. On a solar system that means faulty cells, hot spots and failing connections. On a building it means missing insulation, heat loss and hidden damp.

What we find

  • Solar hot spots, failed cells and bypass diodes
  • Underperforming panels and strings
  • Heat loss through roofs and walls
  • Missing or slumped insulation
  • Damp and water ingress on flat roofs

Building heat-loss surveys work best on cold, still evenings between October and March.

Wind turbine inspections

Close-up blade and tower inspections for farm, community and small commercial turbines. A drone inspection takes hours instead of days, with no climbers or rope access, so the turbine is back generating sooner.

What we check

  • Leading-edge erosion and blade cracks
  • Lightning strike damage
  • Tower coatings, corrosion and bolts
  • Nacelle exterior and seals
  • Blade cleaning on request

What you receive

Every inspection comes with a clear report, not just a folder of photos.

  • A summary of what we found, in plain English
  • Annotated photos of each problem, with its location
  • Thermal images where a thermal scan was included
  • All full-resolution photos and video to download
  • Usually delivered within 2 working days

We report what we see. Repairs should be carried out by a qualified roofer, builder or electrician.
